Please Note: Due to the growth of the Black Friday 3v3 and the large number of teams participating this year, the event will run from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM. 

We look forward to hosting 200+ teams at Michigan's largest Black Friday 3v3 Soccer Tournament!

Boys & Girls U8-U18

UWM Sports Complex, 867 South Blvd E in Pontiac

8:00 am-7:00 pm, with U8-U11 games in the morning, U12-U18 games in the afternoon.

Teams can check in starting one hour before their first game, but no less than 30 minutes before their first game (see instructions and forms below).

Registration opens Wednesday, October 1.
Registration closes Friday, November 14.

EVENT DETAILS

  • This tournament is open to all players/clubs
  • Boys & Girls U8 to High School Open Divisions
  • Team roster maximum 6 players
  • Competitive & Intermediate Divisions
  • 24-minute games, guaranteed 3 games
  • Awards for First Place & Second Place teams in each division
  • Special award to Best Costume for U8-U12 and U13-U18

Costume Guidelines

Teams are encouraged to play their games in costume! Have fun, get creative, and show your team spirit — just keep the following guidelines in mind:

  • Costumes are encouraged but not required.
  • Numbered jerseys are not required for this event.
  • Uniforms must be the same for each player on the team (theme or color coordinated).
  • Costume elements must be safe and must not interfere with play — no masks, capes, or accessories that could cause injury or restrict movement.

TEAM CHECK-IN

Team manager or coach needs to bring the following to Tournament Headquarters (Conference Room) before team's first game to check in team.   Players do not need to be present at check-in.

  • Completed Liability Waiver & Team Roster Form 
  • Proof of age for each player on roster (hard copy or digital accepted) 

FOOD & TOY DRIVES

GLEANERS FOOD DRIVE:
Once again, we will be helping our neighbors in need by collecting nonperishable, essential food items for Gleaners.  Please bring items to the conference room when you check in, and you will receive a small token of appreciation from us for your support.

TOYS FOR TOTS:
In addition to the annual Food Drive, we also have a wonderful young boy who has asked us to share this information on "Bucks for Tots…a day of giving at the Reds 3v3 Tournament."

Goal: To raise as many balls as possible…soccer balls, footballs, baseballs, basketballs, and volleyballs for Christmas gifts for children in Southeast Michigan. Toys for Tots is in dire need of gifts for young boys in Southeast Michigan.
